Camps by Age Group
Little Astronauts for 3-4.5 years
Using building blocks your child will build simple models of rockets, space ships, astronauts, aliens and moon rover to explore outer space. They will learn more about Earth, Sun, Moon and stars. They will pretend play astronauts during the camp.
Children will learn Screenless Coding using a Moon Rover bot that will explore Moon. They will learn to make the rover move straight, take turns, navigate a maze, do repeated tasks, avoid obstacles etc.
Space Explorers for 4.5- 6 years
Using building blocks your child will build kinetic models of solar system, rockets, space ships, astronauts, aliens and moon rover to explore outer space. They will learn about phases of moon, stars, Earth.
Children will learn Screenless Coding using a Moon Rover bot that will explore Moon. Move the rover, detect objects, avoiding obstacles, perform conditional tasks - If / then / else loops, following lines, picking and placing objects.
Space Voyagers for 6-9 years
Your child will build space projects like satellite, space station, space habitat, rockets, aliens, moon rover, using gears, motors and other technical building parts. They will learn a brief history of space exploration and about scientific challenges related to gravity, atmospheric pressure, radiation, isolation and more.
3D doodle and take home space theme 3D models of rocket, astronauts, aliens, spacecrafts, rovers and more.
Space Challengers for 7-10 years
Your child will build space theme projects. They will also learn coding and how it can be used to control their robots, while developing important problem-solving and critical thinking skills. They will also learn about the history and Scientific challenges of Space exploration.
3D doodle and take home space theme 3D models of rocket, astronauts, aliens, spacecrafts, rovers and more.
Space Robotics for 10-13 years
Your child will design, build, and program their own space-themed rover to complete exciting missions, like grabbing samples, placing objects etc. They will also learn about the history and Scientific challenges of space exploration and how technology can help solve those challenges.
Natural Dyeing Camp
This camp is for ages 5+. It will be held from April 17-19. Bring your own white or light coloured plain T-shirt to dye.
- Your child will get to play with the chemistry of Natural Dyeing. They will learn to extract dyes from flowers, leaves and plant parts like dry flame of forest flowers, make a mordant bath with alum and a shade changer bath or iron. Tie & Dye a t-shirt.
